Warning regarding fraudulent activities misusing the name of the investment company with variable capital CLEMALUX S.C.A., SICAV-FIS

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.clemalux-management.com and of unknown persons contacting without solicitation possible investors and presenting themselves under the name “CLEMALUX S.C.A.” These unknown persons offer notably a so-called investment account named IMMO+. In doing so, they misuse the name of the Luxembourg company CLEMALUX S.C.A., SICAV-FIS and send emails using the address format InitialFristnameSurname@clemalux-management.com.

The CSSF would like to specify that the Luxembourg specialised investment fund, CLEMALUX S.C.A., SICAV-FIS, duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the provisions of the Law of 13 February 2007 relating to specialised investment funds, has no link with the facts referred to in this warning.
