Warning concerning fraudulent activities misusing the name of the investment firm Privalux Management S.A.

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the websites www.privaluxmanagement.com and https://moncompte-prive.com/, and of unknown persons who contact without solicitation possible investors and present themselves using the name “Privalux Management”. In doing so, they send emails with the address format InitialFirstname.Surname@privaluxmanagement.com and Firstname.Surname@privalux-france.com, misuse the name and logo of Privalux Management S.A. and pretend to be established at “Boulevard Prince Henri 43, Luxembourg L-1724, Luxembourg”.
The CSSF would like to specify that the investment firm Privalux Management S.A., incorporated under Luxembourg law, duly authorised in Luxembourg in accordance with the Law of 5 April 1993 on the financial sector and subject to the supervision of the CSSF, is not related in any way to the facts referred to in this warning.
