The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.gestronassetmgt.com, where an entity offers investment services misusing the name and address of the Luxembourg law company Gestron Asset Management S.A.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity presenting itself on this website under the name Gestron Asset Management is not supervised by the CSSF and that it has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

The CSSF would like to specify that the société anonyme (public limited company) Gestron Asset Management S.A., duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the Law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers, is not related in any way to the website referred to in this warning.
