Warning concerning fraudulent activities by persons misusing the name and address of the Luxembourg law company AB Investment S.A.

The CSSF warns the public of the websites www.ab-investment-acces.net / www.ab-investment.net and unknown persons misusing the name and address of the financial holding company incorporated under Luxembourg law AB Investment S.A. by contacting without solicitation consumers in order to offer them investment products. In doing so, they send emails with the address format Firstname.Surname@ab-investment.net and also use the names “AB Investment Financial Company” and “Ackermann & Ballard”.

The CSSF would like to specify that the Luxembourg law company AB Investment S.A. is not related in any way to the facts referred to in this warning.
