Warning regarding fraudulent activities by persons misusing the name and the address of the Luxembourg company NOIA CAPITAL S.À R.L.

The CSSF warns the public of unknown persons who contact without solicitation potential investors to offer them investment services and presenting themselves under the name “NOIA CAPITAL”, pretending to be a “member of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier”. In doing so, they send emails with the address format Prénom.Nom@noia-capital.fr and pretend to be established at 18, rue Robert Stumper, L-2557, Luxembourg.

The CSSF would like to specify that the company NOIA CAPITAL S.À R.L., incorporated under Luxembourg law, registered with the CSSF as an alternative investment fund manager pursuant to the Law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers, is not related in any way to the persons using the email format referred to in this warning.
