Communiqué JUICY FIELDS
It was brought to the attention of the CSSF that customers of supervised entities invested in “Juicy Fields” products issued by the company Juicy Holdings B.V. (Amsterdam).
In this case, investments in medicinal cannabis plants which would offer returns of between 30% and 60% and which were promoted especially on social media are allegedly involved. Since a few days, investors have apparently not been receiving any information on their investments through the website https://juicyfields.io/de.
The CSSF informs the public that the company Juicy Holdings B.V. is unknown to it and that it has never submitted a prospectus for approval which would allow it to offer investments in cannabis plants to the public.
If you deem to have been a victim of a fraud, we advise you to file a complaint as soon as possible with the local police or the public prosecutor.
