The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website https://altinvestment-sicav.com where unknown persons offer investment services under the name “Alternative Investment” and pretend to be established at 1C, rue Gabriel Lippmann, L-5365 Luxembourg.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity presenting itself on this website as “Alternative Investment” is not supervised by the CSSF and that it has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

Moreover, the CSSF would like to specify that the specialised investment fund Alternative Investments I Sicav incorporated under Luxembourg law, duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the provisions of the Law of 13 February 2007 relating to specialised investment funds, is not related in any way to the website referred to in this warning.
