Warning concerning the website www.intreal.org

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.intreal.org where an entity offers investment services, notably cryptocurrency, under the name IntReal and pretends to be established at Centre Etoile 11-13, Boulevard de la Foire, 1528 Luxembourg.

The CSSF informs the public that this website misuses the identity of the company incorporated under Luxembourg IntReal Luxembourg S.A., duly authorised in Luxembourg as alternative investment fund manager in accordance with the Law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers and authorised as management company under Chapter 16 of the Law of 17 December 2010 relating to undertakings for collective investment, which is not related in any way to the website referred to in this warning.
