Warning concerning fraudulent activities by persons misusing the name of the investment firm Fuchs & Associés Finance S.A.

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of unknown persons misusing the name of the Luxembourg investment company Fuchs & Associés Finance S.A. who contact without solicitation consumers to offer their investment services. In doing so, they send emails with the address format firstname.surname@fuchsgroup-paris.com and contact@fuchsgroup-paris.com.

The CSSF would like to specify that the investment firm Fuchs & Associés Finance S.A., which is duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the CSSF’s supervision, is not related in any way to the facts referred to in this warning.
