SICAV-FIS.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity presenting itself on this website as UniCommerces is not supervised by the CSSF and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

The CSSF would like to specify that the specialised investment fund Next Estate Income Fund II S.C.S. SICAV-FIS, incorporated under Luxembourg law, duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the Law of 13 February 2007 relating to specialised investment funds, as well as the management company BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management Luxembourg S.A., incorporated under Luxembourg law and duly authorised in Luxembourg pursuant to Chapter 16 of the Law of 17 December 2010 relating to undertakings for collective investment, are not related in any way to the website referred to in this warning.
