Warning concerning the website https://www.yorkglobalfinance.com/ and fraudulent activities by persons misusing the name of the company York Global Finance II S.à r.l.

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website https://www.yorkglobalfinance.com/ and of unknown persons offering investment services under the name “York Global Finance”. In doing so, they use targeted advertisements on various social media platforms to reach consumers and misuse the name and contact details of the company York Global Finance II S.à r.l., incorporated under Luxembourg law.

The CSSF would like to specify that the company York Global Finance II S.à r.l., duly registered in Luxembourg with the CSSF as registered alternative investment fund manager, is not related in any way to the facts referred to in this warning.
