Warning concerning fraudulent activities by persons misusing the name and address of the Luxembourg company 3I INVESTMENTS (LUXEMBOURG) S.A.

The CSSF warns the public of unknown persons who contact without solicitation potential investors by presenting themselves as “3I INVESTMENTS” and pretending to be established at “9 rue Sainte Zithe, L-2763 Luxembourg”. In doing so, they send emails with the address format: firstname.surname@3investments.fr.

The CSSF would like to specify that the Luxembourg company 3I INVESTMENTS (LUXEMBOURG) S.A., authorised by the CSSF as an alternative investment fund manager in accordance with the Law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers, is not related to the persons using the email address format mentioned in this warning.
