Warning concerning fraudulent activities by persons misusing the name of the investment firm Orea Capital S.A.

The CSSF warns the public of unknown persons misusing the name of the investment firm Orea Capital S.A., incorporated under Luxembourg law, by contacting without solicitation potential investors to offer investment services, in particular savings accounts with high interest rates.

The CSSF would like to specify that the investment firm Orea Capital S.A., duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the supervision of the CSSF, is not related in any way to the facts referred to in this warning.
