Warning regarding an entity named Welt Anlage

The CSSF warns the public of the website http://welt-anlage.de, where an entity offers investment services under the name “Welt Anlage” or “Welt Anlage Independent Investors S.A.”, respectively, and pretends to be authorised as a management company established in Luxembourg and supervised by the CSSF.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity presenting itself on this website as “Welt Anlage” or “Welt Anlage Independent Investors S.A.” is not supervised by the CSSF and that it has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
