Warning regarding the activities of an entity named AIC Union

The CSSF warns the public of the website https://www.aicunion.com/ where an entity offers investment services under the name “AIC Union”, by pretending to be regulated in Luxembourg and to be established at “61 Rue de Rollingergrund, L-2440 Luxembourg”.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity presenting itself on the website as “AIC Union” is unknown to it, that it is not supervised by the CSSF and that is has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
