Warning concerning the website https://irisfinancekg.net usurping, among others, the contact details and logo of the CSSF

The CSSF warns the public of the website https://irisfinancekg.net where an entity offers investment services under the name “Iris Finance International” or “Iris Financial International” by pretending to be established at 5, rue de Bonnevoie, L-1260 Luxembourg and to be supervised by the CSSF. This website usurps the contact details and the old logo of the CSSF by publishing a fake “investment firm licence” on the aforementioned website with the aim of convincing potential investors of the entity’s legitimacy.

The CSSF specifies that neither the Luxembourg company Iris Finance International S.A., nor the Iris group are related in any way to the facts referred to in this warning.
