Warning concerning the website https://luxsozialservicer.com

The CSSF warns the public of the website https://luxsozialservicer.com where an entity offers loans to the public and promotes various credit intermediation services under the name “Lux Sozial Servicer”. The entity falsely pretends to have an authorisation from the French supervisory authorities (Autorité des marchés financiers (“AMF”) and Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (“ACPR”)).

The CSSF informs the public that the entity named “Lux Sozial Servicer” is not supervised by the CSSF and that it has not been granted any authorisation to grant loans to the public or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
