Communication to the public concerning International Investment Platform Securitisation Fund (previously known as Lombard 82 Securitisation Fund)

Following a number of enquiries from individuals regarding the regulated status of International Investment Platform Securitisation Fund (formerly Lombard 82 Securitisation Fund – “Lombard 82”), the CSSF wishes to inform the public that International Investment Platform Securitisation Fund is a securitisation undertaking governed by the amended Law of 22 March 2004 on securitisation, which is not authorised by the CSSF and therefore not under its supervision.
Based on the information available on the website www.lsif.lu/faq-1, Lombard 82 is managed by LS International Finance S.A., which is a subsidiary of Xantis S.A. Please note that Xantis S.A. and LS International Finance S.A. are companies under Luxembourg law that are not subject to the CSSF’s supervision.
