Licence withdrawal – Banque Havilland S.A.

On 1 August 2024, the European Central Bank (ECB) decided to withdraw the banking licence of Banque Havilland S.A., a less significant institution directly supervised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF). The decision takes effect today, following its notification to Banque Havilland S.A.

Banque Havilland S.A. has the right to appeal against this ECB decision.
