Publication of FAQs regarding CSSF Regulation No 14-02
On 24 September 2024, the CSSF published on its website a set of FAQs regarding the implementation of the CSSF Regulation No 14-02 regarding the determination of distributable amounts of credit institutions. Those FAQ apply to all credit institutions established under Luxembourg law using fair value in their statutory accounts.
