Conférence LBC/FT dédiée aux entreprises d’investissement 2025 (uniquement en anglais)

On 28 March 2025, the department of supervision of investment firms of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) held its annual AML/CFT conference at the Chamber of Commerce. The Luxembourg Financial Investigations Unit (CRF), together with the CSSF, provided insights on the following topics:

• Key takeaways from AML/CFT investment firms’ offsite supervision.
• Key takeaways from AML/CFT on-site inspections for investment firms.
• CRF’s statistics, ML/TF typologies, indicators and best practices for investment firms.
• Regulatory evolution (AML/CFT package).

Representatives from the Commission IRE PSF and the ABBL were also among the participants.
