The CSSF and the ABBL are jointly organising a conference on the fight against money laundering and terrorism financing for the banking sector.
The conference will host speakers from the CSSF, the CRF and the ABBL. They will, among others, provide an outcome of the 2024 supervisory measures and share information on the upcoming AML Package.
The conference will take place remotely via Webex.
Attendance is limited to three representatives per institution. The persons in charge of the control of compliance with AML/CFT obligations (“RC”) are expected to attend. Members of the management responsible for compliance with AML/CFT obligations (“RR”) are encouraged to attend. A third representative (notably representatives of the first line of defence) might also attend.
